Assignment

Brand reimaging initiative for a local healthcare institution.

 

Problem Statement

Develop a new brand positioning strategy to strengthen Atrium’s image in the Middletown community and the greater Cincinnati area.

 

Process

My team and I spent the first seven weeks researching the community around the hospital, local attitudes around the institution, and consumer behavior. This information was gathered through surveys, interpersonal interviews, and

secondary research.

 

After presenting to the client, we have proceeded to the next phase which centered around building a solution and action plan for the client.​

 

 

Our final recommendations presentation began with looking at several ways to make sure their internal structure was solid before expanding on our individual recommendations to re-create their image within the Middletown community. These recommendations included the following:​

​

  • Create a partnership with schools to increase literacy rates within the public school system

  • Innovate mobile services to expand services and promote preventative healthcare

  • Participate in a local event that showcases local business and revitalization of the city.

 

As the team leader on the project, I oversaw communication within the team and project manager as well as take on administrative roles such as meeting prep and le organization so that all members have access to the appropriate research and notes.
